Click "Register" on the homepage. Enter your phone number on the login page. You'll receive a verification code (OTP) via text message. Once verified, you'll be redirected to your dashboard. Here, you can fill out your details and add accompanying delegates (if applicable). Choose your preferred payment method: 1. online payment gateway,2. Bank transfer & UPI 3. Cash Option. For Bank transfer & UPI, upload a screenshot of the transaction proof and select the date of payment in your profile. For cash payment option Select the deposited with and payment date.

How to add an accompanying delegate to my ACOIN 2024 conference registration?

While filling out the application form, you'll find an option to add accompanying delegates. Enter their names and save the changes. The total amount will automatically update based on the number of attendees.

You can choose between online payment through a secure gateway or manual payment. Manual payment allows bank transfers, UPI payments, and other methods. Upload a screenshot of the transaction for verification.

Proof of payment (screenshot) is required only for manual payments, not those processed through the online gateway.

Yes, you can still add accompanying delegates after registering. Log in to your profile using your phone number and navigate to the "Accompanying Delegate" section. Add the delegate's name and initiate the payment for their registration.

A "Processing" status indicates that our team is verifying your uploaded payment receipt with the bank. Once verified (usually within 2-3 business days), your profile status will change to "Active." This verification process only applies to manual payments, not online gateway transactions.
